Shipping Policy

We ship both in Romania and the EU. If you have any particular questions you can contact us!

Processing & Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order by the next working day. In regular periods (outside holidays or big sale events), delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from the moment the courier picks it up for domestic orders. Most EU orders send via tracked post take between 7 to 10 days (including weekends) to arrive.

Shipping Methods

For Romania: We work with multiple couriers like Cargus, Sameday (including Easybox), PrioriPost (Posta Română), and others available through ColeteOnline. You’ll be able to choose your preferred method during checkout.

For EU: We use regular tracked post services. If you have a different preference please contact us!

Shipping Costs

Romania: Standard shipping is around 20 RON. We offer free shipping for all orders over 300 RON!

EU: For most countries shipping for <2kg packages is around 12 EUR.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and it will also be visible in your account.

Delays

During peak times (like public holidays or Black Friday), please expect potential delays. We’ll do our best to get your RetroTops order to you quickly!
